This week, negotiations continued with UFCW Local 3000. The Company and Union bargaining committees exchanged proposals, shared ideas, addressed language recommendations, and made important progress. We remain committed to reaching an agreement that continues to provide competitive wages, affordable, industry leading healthcare, and a secure pension for your retirement.
Tentative Agreements
Our productive discussions have led to several tentative agreements, bringing us closer to addressing key issues like wages and benefits.
Staffing
We recognize that staffing continues to be a major concern. During our recent meetings, bargaining committee members shared the challenges they face. We appreciate these discussions and continue to work through elements of the contract related to staffing. Supporting our teams remains a top priority, and we look forward to continuing discussions on these important topics.
Next Steps – The bargaining committees are scheduled to meet on Thursday, April 17, and again later next month. We remain committed to reaching an agreement that supports our associates, serves our customers, and sustains our business.
