Company & UFCW Local 3000 Sign Contract Extension

The Company and UFCW Local 3000 have agreed to extend your contract to May 23 while the parties work to reach a new agreement. The contract was set to expire on May 3, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

What a Contract Extension Means

With a contract extension, your current wages and benefits remain the same as they are today. It’s business as usual, and you should continue to report to work according to your schedule.

Moving Forward

Our goal is to reach a good agreement that continues to provide you with a solid compensation package while keeping groceries affordable. We can accomplish both goals by working together, with a focus on solutions.

The Company and Union will resume bargaining in good faith on May 12 and May 13 with additional bargaining dates scheduled for the week of May 19.
