Company Reviews Counter Proposals

Today, the Union and Company bargaining committees resumed talks and received the Union’s counter proposal on our Updated Comprehensive Offer.

While our Offers differ significantly, we are committed to reaching a balanced agreement on wages, healthcare, and pension.

Our Offer includes:

• Affordable healthcare coverage
• Enhancements to variable annuity pension plan

We know that bargaining can be stressful, and despite the current differences, we are dedicated to reaching an agreement that eliminates uncertainty regarding your paychecks and benefits.

Upcoming bargaining sessions are scheduled for May 12 and May 13, and again the week of May 19. Please attend store huddles, ask questions, and get the facts from your store leader.
